Joe’s early career experience exposed an unmet need for overflow marketing project management and paved the way for co-founding a breakthrough professional staffing services model. Born out of working on site with corporate client 3M, he co-founded the newly minted boutique agency in 1996, ultimately launching his storied recruiting career.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Marcomm, Joe is responsible for identifying and defining the modern vision and overall essence of Marcomm, charting an aggressive path to unlock growth through strategic marketing staffing solutions. With his unabashed people-centered style and unassuming demeaner, Joe has gained a reputation for finding and retaining talented people, investing in their unique skills and competencies, and leading through ever-evolving change to meet modern workplace demands.

In addition to his active role with Marcomm, Joe is embracing his influential role as co-founder and managing partner of hoodo, a new technology-based platform aimed at disrupting the online recruiting industry. Igniting a transformative model for job seekers and employers alike, hoodo modernizes the talent management industry by moving toward more real-time, effective job matching via proprietary algorithm – resulting in saved time and expense, and more opportunity to reach desired business goals.

An avid ‘indoorsman’ in the winter season, his love of beaches and the water, most notably Negril, Jamaica is where he hones his certified scuba diving skills. Hailing from the capital of St. Paul, MN, Joe loves spending time with his wife, son and daughter, as well as many life-long friends.

Ben has engaged that same pioneering spirit in establishing a groundbreaking technology driven talent acquisition company, hoodo, an app-based recruiting platform that does the job hunting and matching for job seekers and vastly improves the accuracy of selecting talent for hiring managers. An avid outdoorsman, Ben enjoys fishing, cooking and spending time at their family cabin on Lake Vermillion. He and his wife of 25 years get their energy from an open-door policy, which generally means going to work to offset the control and chaos of five kids, three dogs, family and friends forming an all is welcome household with a takes-a-village mentality. Ben is also an accomplished athlete, completing 5 iron-man distance triathlons, and maintaining an appreciation for yoga. His side hustle, which he calls ‘Jobby’ (job and hobby!), is serving as co-owner of a wine-brokerage.

Jamie Simpson

Director, Business Operations

Jamie Simpson’s passion for building successful relationships and solving organizational challenges makes her a B2B standout. Her natural ability to connect people positively impacts employee, company and community engagement.

A big-picture thinker, delivering actionable results and long-term success, Jamie is a go-to strategic business partner for companies large and small. She shows a sincere interest in her network – personal & professional. Jamie is a proud ‘almost’ Canadian, having spent much of her adult life in her second home of Calgary, Alberta. She enjoys spending time with family and friends in her lake-loving town of Mound, MN.

Priscilla Koeckeritz

Her unmatched ability to build and motivate teams has opened-up several progressive leadership opportunities, including most recently as Co-founder & CEO of EnergyPrint, Inc.

Her newest adventure is no exception. As Fractional CMO for Marcomm, Priscilla is passionate about connecting exceptional marketing talent to companies who need services. Driving strategic talent management solutions to unlock growth for Marcomm is in her DNA, and she adds more than a decade of experience to the already 20+ years of marketing excellence at Marcomm.

Multi-tasking in both the boardroom and classroom, Priscilla brings fresh perspective and insights to students as a local adjunct professor and nationally to executives eager to solve unique and challenging business problems. She is a recognized national speaker and educator, lending her business experience to numerous local groups who support start-up companies and develop women in technology roles.

When not striving to reach goals in the business world, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her mostly grown family in Mendota Heights, MN, and taking every opportunity to travel to warmer climates with her husband and friends.
