Give the Gift of Balance
We all encountered challenges during the pandemic and unfortunately, women continue to be disproportionately impacted and have reached an extremely high level of burnout associated with juggling work, family, motherhood, and life in general. Join us as we get real about burnout, how it manifests, originates in systems and how we can navigate challenging conversations by saying no, setting boundaries, investing in ourselves, and making work/life balance a priority.
In this session, we will explore the importance of:
- Investing in yourself, building confidence, and prioritizing YOU!
- Using different strategies to find and use your voice.
- Setting boundaries and saying no.
