Marcomm Inc. is looking to hire a Marketing Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enters plans in order management system
  • Builds audience as indicated in media brief
  • Builds reports -ID
  • Ensures all aspects of the campaign are QA’d before trafficking – Uploading Briefs:
  • Receives high level strategic direction from SAE – Create program/flight or add to an annual plan or existing plan
  • Landing Destination, Solution type, notes for media
  • Creates folder in collab drive for program, saves brief
  • Includes contacts
  • Checks dates of when media plan is due
  • Chatters Media, Creative and SAE
  • ending Media plans
  • Attaches media plan
  • Outlines media plan, budget, dates etc in the email
  • Ensures all info is updated in salesforce
  • Checks date of when plan is shared with client
  • CCs SAE Manages Billing
  • Confirms billing vendor number, dept/class, billing contact and amount to be billed
  • Pulls reporting to reconcile and ensuring billing accuracy
  • Works closely with Target Merchandising Vendor Income experts and Finance to resolve billing issues or questions
  • May communicate billing errors or pending acceptance to vendors directly
  • Views agreements in CNA as needed Multi-Vendors
  • Enters all commits, contact info, billing and TCINS into salesforce
  • Sends all pairings to clients
  • Sends all media plans to clients
  • Confirms billing with clients
  • Once flights are created finalizes billing and sends to CAN
  • Supports teams with projects and other tasks
  • Pulls reporting for monthly forecast meetings
  • May support teams in research projects around the industry or clients
  • May assist in managing tracking grids or client pod specific processes (i.e.tracking grid for P&G)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree required
  • 2-4 years relevant operational work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Driven, self starter
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including macros, lookups, etc.
  • Proficient Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook skills
