Marketing e-Business Coordinator(Contract/Contract to Hire)

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Celum/Adobe asset support
  • Literature and promotional sample kits support
  • Sales Aid asset support
  • Working with outside vendors to provide Celum assets
  • Revisions to marketing materials
  • Coordinate digital materials for online customer education meetings
  • Translations and approvals
  • Content uploads to various asset platforms
  • Image resizing and design


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Experience in asset management, marketing communications, marketing, branding and/or advertising in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Open to entry level candidates (recent grads) with writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree business administration, marketing, English, public relations or mass communication from an accredited university
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • This role requires very strong organizational and execution skills. Attention to detail is critical.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
