Marketing Communications Coordinator

Marcomm Inc. is looking to hire a Marketing Communications Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns and strategies
  • Supporting the development of communication materials and data gathering for the annual
    marketing award program
  • Helping schedule, track and collect data for our virtual Marketing Forum events – including event survey development and follow-up and helping coordinate the monthly newsletter
  • Supporting data gathering and story development for the monthly newsletter
  • Contributing to development and maintenance of our internal marketing website
  • Developing materials and interacting with internal stakeholders in the business groups to deliver communications and best practices
  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of the given Communication Strategies
  • Maintaining distribution lists and databases
  • Assist the marketing team in developing and implementing a communications strategy designed to further company objectives
  • Supporting training and development and other marketing projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of experience working in marketing or communications position
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products including; PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Forms, and Word.
  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience working with SharePoint, Celum, and SAP systems
  • Experience working with email marketing software such as Campaign Launchpad or Eloqua
  • Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent writing skills, high level of creativity and the ability to think analytically
  • An analytical mind and ability to think critically
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a tea
  • Experience aligning messaging across individuals, organizations, and types of communications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations
