Marketing Associate (Contract/Contract to Hire)

Job Summary:

The person in this role will support Global Portfolio teams in implementing rebranding initiatives, Additionally, this individual will identify opportunities for increased collaboration and support to strengthen processes. The ideal candidate is a proven expert in marketing and portfolio management, who stays on top of industry and consumer trends, competitive positioning, and best practice portfolio management strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Rebranding Assets & Maintenance:

  • Integrated Marketing
  • Help compile and finalize global data hierarchy for rebranding efforts
  • Work on rebranding updates to digital assets and assist in new asset needs
  • Collaborate with Celum team to link images/brochures to rebranded product pages

Rebranding & Trademarks:

  • Manage consistency and alignment of portfolio information in global files
  • Update files for new product development work
  • Shepherd assets through content approval
  • Assist Areas with rebranding initiatives

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Help manage and update claims sheets
  • Assist with marketing plans
  • Assemble data analytics for market trends, business performance, customer requirements, competitive benchmarking
  • Gather, assemble, and monitor secondary industry/market information on various metrics such as sales, pricing, new product introductions, market coverage, trial and loyalty, and competition performance
  • Create standard reports and summaries

  • Data-driven self-starter with demonstrated competency in marketing
  • Effective team player with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project and process leadership comfortable establishing and leading processes to ensure teams/projects stay organized and on track
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Lead by example, develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) eight (8) years of marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health care industry experience
  • Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Ability to effectively coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to business demands
  • Adept at problem solving and energized by fast-paced, complex work environment
  • Previous experience with integration projects and/or highly-regulated industries
  • Exercises and enjoys attention to detail
