Integrated and Digital Marketing Experience Manager (Contract/Contract to Perm)

Job Description:

As an Integrated and Digital Marketing Experience Lead within the Safety & Industrial Business Group you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing planning execution including integrated campaigns and new product commercialization through sales, channel (distribution) and end-users
  • Partner with Global to lead Area (US & Canada) strategy, planning and execution of integrated marketing (e.g. Experience Design, Search, Social, Paid Media, User Experience, Content and Experiential Marketing) for online and offline programs that drive impactful business results
  • Develop plan and manage prioritization for demand generation campaigns in Eloqua and SFDC to maximize lead acquisition and always on nurturing process
  • Own and drive leads generation campaigns that drive leads, MQL’s, SQL’s and opportunities
  • Manage and monitor the flow of leads from marketing to sales
  • Responsible for providing modern marketing expertise and thought leadership aligned to business objectives and growth initiatives
  • Effectively communicate and sell new ideas, programs, and best practices to cross-functional business partners to gain alignment
  • Provide strategic guidance to prioritized integrated and digital marketing programs and campaigns through an agile and iterative approach
  • Monitor and review metrics and work with teams to adjust strategy and tactics accordingly

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years Marketing, Brand, and/or Agency experience in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management/organizational skills ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple programs
  • Ability to solve complex problems where in-depth analysis and evaluation of various factors is required
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
