ERP Deployment Analyst (Contract/Contract to hire)

Job Description:
We are seeking a PIPO ERP Coordinator for the Safety and Industrial Business Group Commercial Operations team. The successful candidate for the position will be responsible for completing and coordinating analysis in support of global and area teams within the business group in preparation for ERP deployment at country, plant or product portfolio levels. The role will require the alignment of numerous stakeholders and the successful candidate should have the ability to effectively manage projects within a globally matrixed organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate creation of master material (SKU) list for each deployment, consolidating information from a variety of information sources (internal systems and/or stakeholders)
  • Create action plan for any Phase-In/Phase-Out or Discontinuation actions that should be completed before, during or after deployment cutover based on driving master list review with and alignment among key stakeholders
  • Ensure timely tracking of activities and project management to meet target timelines in alignment with overall deployment project plan
    • Manage assigned tasks in Jira
    • Ensure material data is available to key team members globally, through updating shared files and data sources (MS Teams / Power BI)
  • Recommend process improvements and adjustments to drive continuous improvement and efficiency of the deployment process
  • Work collaboratively with global, area and country teams with a high degree of attention to detail (gathering the information from the various country and area marketers)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education with 2+ years of experience in managing product data
  • Demonstrated understanding of the basic principles of SKU management / ERP systems
  • Experience with SAP ERP system and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Advanced proficiency with analysis tools, including MS Office Excel analysis tools (pivot tables, queries, SQL) and use of basic PowerBI visualizations/models
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and manage time effectively with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to navigate a complex, globally matrixed environment, including flexibility to engage in regular meetings across a variety of global time zones
  • Strong collaboration and relationship skills, and able to build and maintain trusted and respected relationships with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Business or Marketing Operations
  • Certification in project management and/or data analysis tools
  • Experience with SAP deployments and/or transformation of product data management in B2B businesses
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, along with the ability to follow specific internal processes
