Editorial Coordinator (Contract/Contract to Hire)

Job Description:

As an Editorial Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Delivering content: work closely with internal cross functional teams to create and deliver engaging content.
  • Assisting others: provide content creation and publishing support for our internal and external news sites.
  • Offering editing support to the Communications function at 3M.
  • Being a proactive member of the global Communications team, share best practices and align standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in communications or related field with experience in a content creation.
  • Proficient and experienced with writing software such as Microsoft Word.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of writing standards, including AP style.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possesses strong communication, organization and time management skills
  • Being able to work with cross functional teams and international mindset with understanding of global content creation
  • Years of experience required: flexible, 3+ preferred
