Marcomm Inc. is hiring for a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator!
Location: Remote (MN candidate’s preferred)
This part-time role (~20 hours/week) is a 6 month contract with opportunities for extension.
The CX Coordinator will manage operational tasks for a variety of surveys that make up the Customer Satisfaction (CX) program. This role will work directly with internal clients to assess needs, direct them to resources when needed, or work with the external vendor to execute more complex projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage execution of multiple CX Surveys including ongoing maintenance, managing updates, and ensuring accuracy of data files.
- Update or create process documentation for management of each survey.
- Be knowledgeable on the basics of all the CX surveys, helping colleagues access dashboards and get answers to their questions. Refer to external vendor for more complex questions as needed.
- Project manage modifications to existing surveys.
- Be a common point of contact for the external survey platform vendor to assist connecting with company stakeholders.
- Manage monthly task required to keep some CX programs running, with a strong attention to detail.
- Report on vendor servicing hours being used by different teams.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- BS/BA degree
- One to three years’ experience in a business environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced culture.
- Process oriented, ability to manage multiple projects and streamline process.
- Project management skills, documenting process skills.
- Medallia (or equivalent platform) experience (not required).
